Rewinding the Tape explores the process of re-visiting one's story to understand it and reclaim it. To become whole, one needs to find the parts of our story where we got stuck. It is an act of self-love by giving us permission to rewrite those stories. Rewinding the Tape shows the courageous journey of AUArts artists exploring their mental health through photography and zines. It is an exhibition that inspires us all to rewind our own stories to move forward.
